This week, I got bogged down in a conversation about coaching, and the corner you quickly get pushed into. I hadn't thought about that.

I am hugely fond of pigeonholing people, but that is before I know them. When I start a conversation with someone, everything opens up and I only form an opinion after the conversation.

You can't judge a book by it's cover

So it is with coaches. One coach helps you resolve past issues, another coach helps your team win the football game. Both help you move forward, as a person and in the role you are in.

Any coach will make you work. It is not for nothing that most football coaches are physically more of a pear shape than the footballers they coach. Still, based on years of experience and past results, those coaches can give you something.

Ensures the direction is "forward"
Makes you think about your own role
Gives you insights and knowledge

What I can do for your company, or you as a business owner, you should really look for in football coaching. Advice and training. I am quite willing to help you get rid of "Yes, but, we always do it that way". But don't ask me to tackle a trauma from your past; I am simply not trained for that.

I give you a cross, take care of the build-up, and then you can shoot it in. We look at the goal and purpose of your website, which players should be in which position, what your role is in it, and how best to fill it. We make sure you don't focus on the noise, but on the things that are necessary to take points from your opponent (your competitor).

I can't play football. Also have a bit more of that pear shape. But I do know the ins and outs when it comes to your website. I got those business miles a long time ago.
