Workshop conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to this workshop.
I/my = Michiel Heijmans, you/you/your = the participant.

  • The workshop does not include travel and accommodation; you will need to arrange these yourself.
  • Travelling by train is encouraged, but ultimately it is the choice of the participant.
  • After registering, you will receive further information on, for example, the starting location well in advance of the chosen date.
  • If the workshop has to be cancelled unexpectedly on my part, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a new workshop will be scheduled or the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellation up to 14 days before the workshop is free of charge, if cancelled within 14 days, 50% of the amount will be charged. Cancellation can only be made by e-mail.
  • Knowledge of your own camera (operation, ISO, diagrafma and shutter speed) is self-evident.

Terms of this workshop

For this workshop, the following terms apply.
I/me/my = Michiel Heijmans, you/your = the participant.

  • Travel and stay are not included in the workshop and must be planned and booked by the participant.
  • Travel by train is encouraged, but in the end up to the participant.
  • After payment, instructions for for instance starting location and more will be emailed to you in a timely manner, way ahead of the starting date of the workshop.
  • If in any case the workshop has to be cancelled from my side, I'll inform you as soon as possible. Of course, we'll reschedule the workshop, or you can ask for a full refund.
  • Cancellation at least 14 days before the workshop: the paid amount will be fully refunded. Cancellation within two weeks before the workshop: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. Cancellation on the day of the workshop or during the workshop will not lead to a refund. Cancellation must be done via email.
  • Knowledge of your own camera is a must (how to operate it, and things like setting aperture and shutter speed).

These terms and conditions may be amended by Michiel Heijmans Photography at any time. These terms might be subject to change.
