Withdrawing from the agreement

Have you bought a book or a print through this site? Then you can withdraw from the agreement within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Fill in the form below and you will receive confirmation by email.

Please note: for digital products such as e-books and presets, the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the download has been made available, because it is digital content you receive immediately. For Streetwise and Streetsessions the right of withdrawal lapses after the first email has been received. For the mentoring programme it lapses after the first session. See the terms and conditions.

How do you withdraw?
Fill in the form below. You receive confirmation by email straight away. I will then contact you about how we settle it.

For products that have to be returned, you have 14 days after your withdrawal to do so. The cost of return postage is yours. Your payment is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the product, or as soon as you show that you have sent it.
