Headshots
Professional headshots
for you and your team
Business portraits = professional image
Powerful headshots and professional portraits for organizations that understand that first impressions are increasingly made online. I help companies showcase their people in a natural and professional way, without stiff poses or forced smiles. The result is photos that inspire confidence and reflect who you are as an organization.
I primarily work with medium-sized and larger companies where there is constant turnover within the team. New colleagues, internal promotions, or changes in roles require consistent and up-to-date photography. That’s why I don’t just come in for a one-time shoot; I also partner with organizations that want to update their visual content every quarter. This ensures that your visual identity always stays up to date.
Consistent image quality, every time
During a photo shoot, I create a calm environment, provide clear direction, and foster a relaxed atmosphere, so that everyone looks their best in the photos—even people who don’t usually enjoy being photographed. By using a consistent setup and workflow, the style remains consistent, even when I visit several times a year.
This makes my approach ideal for companies with larger teams, where consistency is important for websites, LinkedIn profiles, and internal communications, for example.
On-site at your company
Most photo shoots take place on location, so employees can be photographed quickly and efficiently without disrupting work. I regularly work for organizations in and around Wijchen Nijmegen, as well as further afield. My approach allows me to adapt flexibly to your team’s schedule.
My clients choose this approach because it saves time and ensures a professional, consistent look all year round.
Professional portraits that work for your brand

“We’vehad Michiel take (portrait) photos for usseveral times now, and it’s always been a truly wonderful experience. His enthusiasm is contagious and helps our colleagues quickly feel at ease in front of the camera.
The question he kept asking—‘What do you want your company to convey?’—ultimately resulted in beautiful photos with a warm and homey atmosphere. We’re therefore very happy with the final result.”

These headshots and professional portraits are designed for organizations that understand that their people are the face of the company. I primarily work with medium-sized companies and growing organizations—such as scale-ups and established teams with around 80 to 150 employees—that are constantly evolving. With new colleagues, changing roles, and internal growth, it’s important to keep visual materials up-to-date and consistent.
For organizations like these, photography isn’t a one-time event, but an ongoing part of their brand identity. That’s why I often work with companies that have their team photographed on a regular basis, so that new employees fit seamlessly into the existing visual style.
In addition, these organizations often require professional portraits of executives, managers, and members of supervisory bodies, such as a board of directors or a supervisory board. These are not standard portraits, but images that reflect the responsibility and stature of these roles.
What these companies have in common is that they value a personal approach. No assembly-line work—just a focus on the person in front of the camera. This is reflected in photos that are not only professional but also convey trust and approachability—exactly what you want to show your clients, partners, and future colleagues.

My approach focuses on creating authentic portraits that match your company's image. This starts with a relaxed and personal approach, so that everyone feels at ease. The process looks like this:
Preparation: Together we discuss (by email or phone) the style and image you want to convey.
On-site recording: I bring my mobile studio to your company, so your team doesn't have to travel and daily workflow is minimally disrupted.
You make the initial selection, you make the final selection: During the shoot, you’ll pick your favorite photos based on your instincts, and I’ll upload them (unedited) to an online album. Each of you will “like” the final photo you’d like to have edited.
Delivery of results: Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll receive the edited photos in high resolution and web format as soon as possible, ready for use across all your channels.
Whether it's individual portraits or a complete team shoot, I ensure that the process runs smoothly and professionally.

Your team is the face of your company. A professional headshot helps you connect with clients, partners, and new contacts. It makes a powerful statement about who you are:
It tells a story about the people behind your company.
It strengthens credibility and trust.
It provides recognizability and a personal touch in places where it matters most.
A well-maintained photo directory or a strong team page shows customers who they are speaking with on the phone and emphasizes the human side of your organization.

A headshot a close-up portrait that focuses on a person’s face and often their shoulders. The purpose of a headshot to capture a person’s identity, professionalism, and personality. In a business context, a headshot is headshot to make team members recognizable and approachable. This type of business portrait differs from traditional portraits in its emphasis on simplicity and immediate impact.
A good professional portrait is more than just a pretty picture. It reflects the person’s authenticity and charisma, while also reinforcing your company’s consistent brand image. It is an essential part of visual communication that builds trust and conveys professionalism.
Case Study: Merlet College
For Merlet College, I photographed staff members at various locations in the region. The school wanted professional yet approachable portraits of their staff, intended for internal communication and publications. By shooting on school days and using a mobile setup, we could efficiently fit the shoots into their schedule.
With each person I photographed, I took a little time to get a relaxed and natural shot. This resulted in a series of fresh, honest portraits that really match the vibe of Merlet College: people-focused, professional, and engaged.
Take your team page to the next level
A strong team page or a good photo directory does more than just show who works at your company. It makes your company more accessible to customers and shows potential customers that they are dealing with a professional and human team. By presenting everyone in a recognizable way, you give your company a face.
