That is why I do not only come for a one-off shoot, but also work with organisations that want to refresh their images every quarter. That way the way you look stays current.
During a shoot I bring calm, clear direction and a relaxed atmosphere, so that everyone comes out well, including the people who normally do not enjoy being photographed. Because I work with a fixed setup and a fixed method, the style stays consistent, even when I come by several times a year.
That makes my approach suitable for companies with larger teams, where uniformity matters for websites, LinkedIn profiles and internal communication.

I work mostly with medium-sized companies and growing organisations, such as scale-ups and established teams of roughly 80 to 150 people, where things keep moving. New colleagues, changing roles and internal growth make it important that images stay current and consistent.

How I work on business portraits and headshots
My approach is aimed at authentic portraits that match the character of your company. It starts with a relaxed, personal approach, so that everyone feels at ease. The process looks like this:
- Preparation: together we discuss, by email or on the phone, the style and the impression you want to convey.
- Shooting on location: I come to your company with my mobile studio, so your team does not have to travel and the working day is barely disturbed.
- You make the first selection, and the final one: during the shoot you pick your favourites on instinct and I put those unedited in an online album. You or your colleagues then ‘like’ the one photograph per person you want edited.
- Delivery: after your selection you receive the edited photographs as quickly as possible, in high resolution and in web format, ready for all your channels.

Merlet College
For the Merlet College I photographed staff at several locations in the region. The school wanted professional but approachable portraits of its people, for internal communication and publications. By photographing on school days and working with a mobile setup, we could fit the shoots neatly into the timetable.
With everyone I photographed I took a moment to arrive at a relaxed, natural picture. The result is a series of fresh, honest portraits that match the character of the Merlet College: people-focused, professional and involved.
