In my studio in Wijchen I take the time. We do not start with a camera but with a coffee or a tea. A moment to land. A moment to talk. About what you make, where you are, what you need. No hurry, no pressure to perform. Only then do we start photographing. Calmly, with direction, and room to be yourself.

With PLAY you book a studio session in Wijchen. We take an hour and a half together. For you that means room to relax. For me it means attention and focus.
The photography itself takes about 30 to 45 minutes. In practice we take a little more time than that, including coffee, conversation and direction. I do not work to the clock, I work to feel.
After the shoot you receive a selection to choose your photographs from. The images you pick are carefully edited and delivered in high quality.
Who this session is for
This session is meant for theatre makers, comedians, musicians and songwriters. For people who are on stage or who work behind the scenes but still need to be visible. For makers who want to be taken seriously without immediately stepping into an expensive process.
You do not need to know exactly what kind of image you are after. I will help you with that. The only thing you bring is yourself.
You get five professional photographs
That of course includes the studio, coffee or tea, direction and time to settle in. No hidden costs, no pressure to buy more. You always get five photographs. Extra photographs are possible at € 10 each, but never obligatory.

Because I see how often makers put themselves last. Because the money goes to productions, to lessons, to instruments, to time. And because good photographs are exactly what can help you take a next step.

The sessions take place in my studio in Wijchen. I work in half days with a limited number of places, so that it stays calm and personal.

Not at all. Most people who come to my studio are not in front of a camera every day. I guide you calmly and help you with posture, expression and relaxing. You do not have to be able to do anything or know anything.
Wear something you feel comfortable in that suits what you make. Neutral colours often work well, but the most important thing is that it feels right for you. Not sure? Bring two options and we will look together.
The images are suitable for websites, social media, press material, applications, posters and programmes. You receive them in high quality and may use them freely for your own promotion.
