We were walking over the bridge, I don't even remember which one. Hunger, thirst and too much bustle in the tourist centre of the French capital made us “hangry”, a little angry from hunger. We turned right because I'd seen a food stall there the day before.
In the distance, someone, I couldn't tell if it was a woman or a man, seemed to let the city pass by undisturbed. With a bowed head, the world didn't exist for a moment.
The sandwich wasn't anything special, but I couldn't suppress a smile.
