Street photography: learning to look
Street photography is all about one thing: learn to watch. It is not just about the technique of your camera, but mainly about seeing the right composition, catching special moments and telling a story with your images. During the workshop, you will discover how to do this while walking around the atmospheric streets of cities such as Nijmegen, Utrecht, Eindhoven or Antwerp.
What can you expect?
The one-day photography workshop is compact and intensive. In a small group of up to 5 people, there is plenty of room for personal attention and asking questions. This allows you to learn not only from me, but also from the others in the group.
You can count on:
- Practical exercises in the city, focusing on street photography.
- Tips and tricks for working with light, composition and timing.
- Content feedback on your captured photos.
- Inspiration to grow further as a photographer.
The day starts with a short introduction and during the workshop we will discuss your goals and go through your camera settings if you wish. Then we will go out together, into the city. Afterwards, you will email me 5 photos and get concrete tips for further practice.
