Nijmegen is a city with a real memory: every street knows its past, every hill tells a story, and that's exactly why every walk feels like you're becoming part of something much bigger.

Oh, Nijmegen. My hometown.

I live just next door, in Wijchen. Nijmegen is the city where I first pointed my camera at the streets.

Nijmegen is a city famous for its rich history, cozy vibe, and stunning architecture. It's actually the oldest city in the Netherlands!

I regularly host photo walks in Nijmegen. I know the city center like the back of my hand, and I'm sure I can show you some awesome new photogenic spots! See you soon?

The workshops below are for beginners and people who have already held a camera in their hands before. I am sure I can teach you to see differently!

Thanks so much for the super fun workshop yesterday. Taking photos with my own phone will never be the same again!

Street Photography with a Clear Vision

Nijmegen's city center is home to several historic buildings, such as the St. Stevenskerk, a beautiful Gothic church known for its tall tower and impressive interior.

Another cool spot is the Hessenberg, a hill in Nijmegen's lower town that's famous for its historic vibe and modern architecture. The area around the Spoorbrug (railway bridge) is also definitely worth checking out, with its amazing views of the Waal river and the buildings nearby.

We're going to discover it all! Nijmegen is a city known for its diverse vibe, friendly atmosphere, and awesome city parks. There are tons of parks right in the city center, like Kronenburgerpark, or the Valkhof with its beautiful view of the Waalbrug. Nijmegen is a super photogenic city, with its charming streets, historic buildings, and stunning parks. Basically, if you're a street photographer, you absolutely can't miss Nijmegen!

In the workshop, I'll teach you how to 'hunt' and 'fish' for great shots. We'll dive into framing and capturing movement. And hey, if you have your own questions, we'll definitely cover those too!
