Nijmegen is a city with a memory: every street knows its origins, every hill tells a story, and that’s exactly why every walk feels like you’re briefly becoming part of something bigger.

Oh, Nijmegen. My hometown.

I live right next door, at Wijchen. Nijmegen is the city where I first pointed a camera at the street.

Nijmegen is a city known for its rich history, lively atmosphere, and beautiful architecture. It is the oldest city in the Netherlands!

I regularly organize photo walks in Nijmegen. I know the city center like the back of my hand, and I’m sure I can show you some new photogenic spots! See you soon?

The workshops listed below are for beginners and people who have some experience with cameras. I'm sure I can help you see things differently!

“Thankyou so much for the really fun workshop yesterday. Taking photos with my own phone will never be the same again!

Street Photography Based on a Clear Concept

Nijmegen's city center is home to several historic buildings, such as St. Stevens Church, a beautiful Gothic church known for its tall tower and impressive interior.

Another interesting spot is the Hessenberg, a hill in Nijmegen’s lower town that is known for its historic charm and modern architecture. The area around the Spoorbrug is also worth a visit, with its beautiful views of the Waal River and the surrounding buildings.

We’re going to explore it all. Nijmegen is a city known for its diversity, friendly atmosphere, and city parks. There are countless parks in the city center, such as Kronenburgerpark or the Valkhof, with its beautiful view of the Waal Bridge. Nijmegen is a very photogenic city, with its picturesque streets, historic buildings, and beautiful parks. In short, Nijmegen is a city that no street photographer should miss!

In this workshop, I'll teach you how to hunt and fish. We'll look at framing and capturing movement. And if you have any questions of your own, we'll cover those, too, of course!
