Cancel the Agreement

Did you purchase a book or print through this site? If so, you can cancel the purchase within the 14-day legal cooling-off period. Fill out the form below, and you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

Please note: For digital products such as e-books and presets, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download is made available, since these are digital products that you receive immediately. For Straatwijs and Straatsessies, the right of withdrawal expires after you receive the first email. For the mentoring program, the right of withdrawal expires after the first session. How do you cancel?
Fill out the form below. You will immediately receive a confirmation email. I will then contact you regarding the next steps.

For products that need to be returned, you have 14 days after canceling your order to do so. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of the product, or as soon as you provide proof that you have shipped it.
