Terms and Conditions

All legal relationships of Michiel Heijmans are subject to the most recent General Terms and Conditions of the DuPho professional association apply. The applicability of the General Terms and Conditions of the other party is hereby expressly rejected.

Addendum workshops and lectures

The following additional terms and conditions apply to the workshops and lectures:

  • After registering for a workshop, you will immediately receive a link to further information about, for example, the starting location. If this starting location is not mentioned, you will receive this information well in advance of the start of the workshop.

  • Workshops will take place with a minimum of two participants, regardless of the weather (except in the event of a snowstorm or natural disaster).

  • In the unlikely event that I have to postpone a workshop, we will plan a new date together. If I have to postpone the workshop a second time, you can also opt for a refund of your purchase price.

  • Cancellation of one-day workshops and lectures is free of charge up to 14 days before the workshop. If canceled within 14 days, 50% of the amount will be charged. Cancellation can only be done by email.

  • Cancellation of multi-day workshops is free of charge up to 28 days before the workshop; for cancellations within 28 days, 50% of the amount will be charged. Cancellation is only possible by email.

  • The workshop does not include travel and accommodation; you must arrange these yourself. Travel by train is encouraged, but ultimately it is up to the participant to decide.

  • Knowledge of your own camera (operation, ISO, aperture, and shutter speed) is a given and is expected.

These general terms and conditions may be amended at any time by Michiel Heijmans Photography.

Return policy

In principle, I do not accept returns other than for defective products. When shipping, every measure is taken to prevent damage during transport as much as possible.
