My work doesn't just start with the first photo opportunity. During the preparation, I think along with you: which moments are important? What do you want the images to convey? How can you use the photos after the event?
During the conference, I move silently around the room. I anticipate moments, work with light that is present and know exactly where to stand to get the best shot. Without disturbing the process.
Afterwards, I deliver the images quickly and edited so you can use them immediately. Sometimes as early as the next day.

I work at all types of conference venues: from theatres and hotels to industrial halls and creative hubs. Thanks to my experience and equipment, I know exactly how to deal with changing lighting conditions, acoustics and logistical challenges.
I also consult with your team or the venue beforehand. What is the script? Where are the bottlenecks? Together, we make sure the photography goes off without a hitch.
Speakers and guests in the picture
Speakers are often the heart of a congress. A good photo of a speaker in action, or just before or after, adds enormous value. For their own profile, but also for your communication.
Besides atmospheric images, I also offer portraits, for example just before a presentation or in a quiet corner of the venue. Not posed, but professional. Guests, panel members or others involved can also be made visible in this way.
